I have a HP All-In-One 22-b058 desktop PC. Will it help to have the serial or product number also? The touchscreen, calculator and webcam on my PC no longer work. The further I dig, the more I'm finding I have things that won't open at all. No error messages. Just no reaction to clicking on them. They just give a white line underneath the item name in the Start Menu.
I need to use the PC for Zoom meetings. I have searched the help community, spent lots of time reading articles, tried various suggestions for others who had similar issues, and have had no luck. This is so frustrating! It's as if the drivers disappeared.
On top of it all, I recently did a Windows update, and all of my settings reverted back to default. I'm ready to throw this thing out the window!
Can someone please help me?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing multiple issues with the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when everything was working fine on the computer.
Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system restore.
