HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1043dx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I own a HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1043dx and am having lots of issues with it regarding the boot up and honestly the simple functioning of the PC in its entirety. When trying to boot it up, it takes forever and is very slow. And once it finally boots up and I can log in, it still continues to be really slow. I can't even open up settings without it taking forever and it eventually crashes anyway and doesn't work. I can't tell what's going on in the background and if updates are happening or not, but I was able to open up Task Manager and things seemed okay and that nothing was taking up too much CPU, memory, etc. However, a couple weeks ago I believe I ran some updates and shut the computer down at some point (yes I know, a very dumb mistake on my end) while that was happening. Could this be a reason as to why it's causing my computer to act like this? If so, what could have happened? Or is it something else? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
