Product: HP Envy Move 23.8 inch All-in-One PC ICTO Base Model

RESOLVED: Both the phone number and mobile phone number need to be entered in country code format. For example, in the US that is: +1XXXXXXXXXX  (Note that there are no spaces allowed.)

Original Submission: Left clicking works on the touchpad UNLESS it's a submit "type" button. In particular, Tried in Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox and the problem occurs in all three. When I tried to run diagnostics, I got stopped on the page with the drop-down for the version of Windows 11 that I am running, which is 23H2. Apparently it's not supported even though it was preloaded at the factory by HP when it was built in July 2024.  Not sure if this "unsupported" Windows version is the issue, but I can't get past that part of the self-diagnostic panel.
