touch screen not working

I had to put in a new hard drive with win10 and when I go into hp support and drivers it's not showing anything for drivers for the touchscreen. I looked into the device manager and it's not showing anything under human interface devices FOR PEN N TOUCH.

I have tried all the solutions and nothing is working. So what I need is the driver number or where I can download the driver for it. It's a hp AIO 24-g214 ser# [personal info removed], P/N Z5L78AA#ABA

THANKS NICK

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchscreen is not working on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

The touchscreen uses the Windows built-in drivers and there is no specific driver from HP.

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
