Unfortunately, there are no service manuals for that model.

Your PC has a problem with the memory based on the 3.2 beep code you posted.

See the link below for how to troubleshoot the problem.

Thank you, I appreciate your help. What happens is that apart from the 3 long beeps or lights and 2 short beeps or lights, it does not recognize the screen, keyboard or mouse and there is no way to enter the BIOS for the diagnosis. It only turns on but does not start the BIOS system, it only turns on the fan.

You're very welcome.

The PC will not let you do anything until you clear that beep code error which probably means that you will have to replace the defective memory chip.

That is normal.  Beep code = PC does nothing until the code is resolved.

I believe that I found the service manual for your PC's model series, and I have attached it below:

That should be of help for you take the PC apart to replace the memory.

The product specs indicate the PC came with a 4 GB memory chip.

Since an 8 GB DDR3L-1600 memory chip is pretty inexpensive, I recommend you replace the 4 GB chip that has probably failed with an 8 GB chip.

Something like this:

Timetec 8GB DDR3L / DDR3 1600MHz (DDR3L-1600) PC3L-12800 / PC3-12800(PC3L-12800S) Non-ECC Unbuffered...
