Microsoft Windows 11

I was having a no hdmi detected issue on my secondary monitor and no voice going into my webcam after i uninstalled the CyberLink YouCam service. I called HP and they wanted $51.00 for the diagnostic service, stating it had to be the drivers because the primary monitor was good to go. In speaking to "Faz", he encouraged me to check out the YouTube Support Channel. I did not find anything there that would help me after a few minutes so I literally Googled "HP HDMI not detected for secondary display" and this section came up, all I had to do was go to the site for the bios drivers, the site already detected my computer, and Voila! Secondary display popped up--microphone works---and I saved money. Didn't have to take it to a computer shop either. Thank you so much HP for helping me. You truly don't know how much this means to me. Just such a huge weight off my shoulders. Please accept my sincerest thanks.

Basically you go to right click on the start button on the tray---device manager---remove the drivers for the video output. In my case i also removed the drivers for the "Cyberllink" YouCam software as well. I already had the computer detection software downloaded, installed, and running, went to the HP driver website and the site---literally downloaded the driver for me after my primary screen went black for about 20 seconds and there was this "audible chime" i never heard before on any computer. So. That is how my issue was fixed. So cool! Thank you HP. Thank You!!
