HP Pavilion Desktop 590-p0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I try to change the display setting to HD it fails to change. There are no error messages and the support assistant tells me that I already have the latest drivers installed.

Provide the complete product number or the complete product details?

I reinstalled the latest BIOS and restarted. Then I uninstalled the display driver and restarted. However the resolution is still stuck below 720p.
