The brightness of my monitor is not adjustable. In the settings of my monitor, the brightness shows 60.
I can't do more or less.
Help me.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are unable to increase monitor brightness, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you tried the reset options?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hello Echo_Lake. I've tried everything already.
I did a Factory Reset and installed the latest software. It didn't help anyway. I contacted HP support by phone, they could not tell me what was the matter. I handed over the monitor to the service center, I was told that no problems were found.
In general, I've already tried everything, I don't know what to do(
p.s. It seems to me that the monitor is in economy mode and I do not know how to remove it.

Thank you for posting back.
Let's try this:
To turn off the Adaptive-Sync mode:
- 1. Press the Menu button to open the OSD.
- 2. In the OSD, select Gaming.
- 3. Select Adaptive-Sync, and then select On.
NOTE: The Adaptive-Sync menu default setting is on.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
