The text is missing 'pieces' of each letter. It kind of looks like hyroglyphics. Can you help?

@tree1110 Perhaps, you could attach a screenshot of the "hieroglyphs" so I could work on getting exactly what you need,
meanwhile, please update the BIOS, Chipset and graphics card drivers using the HP website: Click here to find and install it.
Note: Please ensure the complete product name/number for a quicker response from the community, as we need to know what we are dealing with to provide an accurate solution: Click here for steps on finding the information we need!
