Hello! Today I installed the HP My display program and saw what is written in the information: the recommended update frequency is 75 Hz. I tried to change the synchronization to 75 Hz. and the monitor displays a message stating that the signal is beyond the capabilities of the monitor.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I checked the specifications of your monitor and see that the recommended Native resolution is 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz (Full HD) and the scan range is Horzontal: 30 to 80KHz, Vertical: 50 to 60 Hz.
Please refer to the below link for specifications of your monitor.
Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!
