Product: HP ENVY 13-ay1000 x360 Convertible PC (3T486AV)

i have disabled my screen touch right now. The problem is when i am enabling the touch, the touch is censoring at one point of the screen which is not going i have restart a couple of times  for it to go. this mainly came when i put my laptop to sleep.it also doesn't let mouse to work what so ever.
