Product: HP LD4245tm 41.92-inch Interactive LED Digital Signage Display
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a LD4245TM Interactive Digital Sign and I can't seem to get the touch screen to work. I have the cord connected to my laptop as well as an hdmi cord for video and audio. This thing is too expensive to not be able to handle Windows 10. I had to reinstall Windows 10 after I downloaded the available software and now that I'm back up and running, I'd really like to be able to use this as it's intended to be used. Is there software I need to be sent to install or something? None of it says "Touch Screen Software", which i read on a previous post about another model is essential. Any helk
