We bought the All-in-One 24-b030xt CTO (Touch) about 4 or 5 years ago. When we first bought it, the touch screen was working fine. For the past 2 or 3 years the touch screen stopped working. In fact, when I go to search the touch display settings, it says that "No pen or Touch input is available for this display." When checking the Human Interface Hardware list, there is no option for "HID compliant touch screen." I suspect this might be an issue after the Windows 10 update came out. I have searched all the forums and it seems like multiple people with this model desktop have had similar issues. I've followed every troubleshooting guide and done all the recommended fixes without any success. The only thing I've seen that has worked for some people is a system restore to before the Windows 10 update. Is there any way to get my touch screen to work without having to go back to Windows 8?
