Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Touch Screen is not working after Window 10 upgrade.

Let me know if you need any other details to help. I tried installing drivers but do not know which will fix the issue.

Window Troubleshottting did not work for me as well.

Hi @FountainInnWnS

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try these steps -

1) In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
2) Expand the Human Interface Devices heading.
3) The touch screen device is labeled HID-compliant touch screen, or similar. Right-click the touch screen device and select Uninstall.
4) Confirm the uninstallation.
5) Restart the computer to reinstall the touch screen driver.

Also, try updating the computer using these steps -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
