The mouse touchpad has stopped working and I cannot figure out how to get it to work again. I’ve tried all the quick fixes and factory resetting as well as searching through settings but in settings it doesn’t seem to show me an option of even turning it off and on.

@Kcraig -- a few possibilities:

  1. some laptops have a key-combination, e.g., "hold-down FN and tap F7" to activate the touchpad;
  2. some laptops have a "slider" switch on one side of the laptop's case;
  3. some laptops use a "double-tap" on the top-left corner of the touchpad, to enable/disable it.

I hope this helps.
