Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0002na

Hi, I have had this laptop for 3 years and in the last 2 or so months have been experiencing issues with the touchscreen, ultimately now with it not working at all. The device states that it is not a touch screen device but it is and i have used it as such for my time in owning it. I have followed all the prompts given by the help assistant including a full reset and it still does not recognise the touch screen. The HID device does not appear on device manager at all anymore. This happened long after the update to windows 11. Any help or advice is appreciated.
