We are having an issue with several different locations that all use e220t/e230t touchscreen monitors from HP and Win7. Every once and a while, the touchscreen will stop responding to touch and a black bar will appear on the right 1/4 of the monitor, it just covers up what should be there, the monitor/video signal does not rescale to fit the 3/4 of the monitor that is still visible. The only way to fix it is to change the resolution to some other arbitrary number, apply, then set it back to native, or reboot.
The same issue is happening on all of our computers that have this hardware/software configuration - has anyone else had the same issue? any resolutions?
