Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. I have bought my laptop an year ago but recently I found that there is a touch option in my laptop. In the windows, it is mentioned that touch is available. I wanted to activate it and when I tried to find touch complaint option in human interface from device manager, I couldn't find it. Does it mean that it doesn't have touch screen or is it just a hardware issue which can be corrected?
