Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 (268U0AV)

Hi,

My touchscreen has just stopped working.

The touchscreen does not show up in the device manager

It does also not function when the Laptop is in the bios editing menu. I assume it is a hardware fault. Does anyone have any idea of the way forward.
