HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a010 (Touch)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC used to be touch screen and I used the touch screen on it for a few years, however, a few years ago, the touch screen stopped working. I tried having the HP Support assistant look for new Touch Screen Drivers but no luck. I don't want to download a virus on my pc. How do I go about fixing this?

assuming it is not a hardware problem you can have windows find the correct driver and / or replace the existing driver.

Bring up the device manager and find and delete the touch screen driver

Check the box to delete the driver from the system then select "scan for new hardware"

If this fails (or touch is missing in above) then provide your product ID and I might be able to find the HP proprietary driver.
