Product: HP Notebook - 15-db1069au

I am currently using HP Notebook -15-db1069au from past 3 years and now I am facing a problem in using trackpad it stopped working and i don't why this same problem had also occured before and it resolved automatically i don't know how and now same thing again happened and from few days the touchpad commands don't work on the lock screen
