Just now setting up my new hp all in one computer. When you turn the computer on the monitor is not coming on (the led on light is on and you can hear the hum of the computer)

I understand your concerns and would like to help
I suggest you perform a Power Drain and try setting up the computer again
-
Turn off the computer.
-
Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards.
-
Disconnect the AC power adapter.
-
Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.
-
Reconnect the AC power adapter.
-
Turn on the computer and keep tapping the F10 key till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )
If you are unable to get to BIOS, please contact the store you purchased it from for a replacement or you can also contact HP Support
