I have recently purchased a PNY Nvidia Quadro NVS 295 video card in order to set up a 3rd monitor. I have been able to successfully install the card. However, when I set up one of the monitors to either the VGA or HDMI of the internal video, my monitor is not able to get the connection. I am trying to find out if this video card is compatible to my HP Slim desk

Hi:
According to the motherboard specs, the onboard graphics adapter is not available if a graphics card is installed.

The Nvidia Quadro NVS 295 is an old card that was released to market on May 7th, 2009.
I'm thinking based on the above information, the card is only going to work if you disable the secure boot option in the BIOS.
But even that won't solve your problem because if you get the card to work with secure boot disabled, according the motherboard specs the monitors you have plugged into the onboard video ports aren't going to work.
