Hello,

I like the AIO concept and using it for past 1 year. Only limitation I face is there is no way to turn off the display alone while keeping the computer running. E.g multiple and long download of files. I tried some third party tools, but it bring the system to sleep. The Setting option to turn off display after x time also turn the system to sleep. Wondering why the OEM doesn't provide an option/button to turn display off alone like in standalone monitor. Please let me know if there are any solutions to turn display off without turning the system to sleep state.

I understand that you want to turn off the monitor while the computer is on, I am glad to assist you.

There is no option to turn of the monitor while the computer is running.

I hope that helps.

Thanks Sandy for the info.

Could you please let me know what does the power button internal functionalities in case of a standalone monitor? e.g HP E24M. Does this turn off the backlight only or it stops the panel signals also?

By pressing the power button of the monitor, it will turn the monitor completely.
