Product: 15 Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I turn on my HP 15 Laptop PC (15-bs212wm), the screen doesn’t come on and light up. Only the LED lights on the side of my laptop lights up. I been having battery issues since March 2021 but I never considered to replace my battery (I was cash strapped at that time and my laptop was running just fine). This is the first time my laptop didn’t come on but only the LED lights on the side (this event took place in July 2021). Is it my battery that need replacing or is it something worse. I’m scared I might lose all my files permanently.
