Product: U28 4K MONITOR

U28 4k monitor Firmware Update Utility v1.0.0.15 Fails Upon Scaler IC Step. Displays error "Cannot perform firmware update! Please contact manufacturer." Tried updating display driver first and restarting computer so these are not valid suggestions

Better yet- I completed the firmware update using an older computer and the monitor continues to be incompatible with M1 MacBooks. I want my money back
