U32 4K HDR

There is NO HDR certificate in the system-display-advanced display. Figure below,

However, according to the HP's selling page, there should have a  VESA DisplayHDR 400 certificate.https://www.hp.com/de-de/shop/product.aspx?id=368Y5E9&opt=ABB&sel=MTO

I also check the VESA's website, they do have HP U32 4k HDR on their certified list, under DisplayHDR400, that specified the monitor has a DiplayHDR  1.1 certificatehttps://displayhdr.org/certified-products/#

Also, according to Microsoft, 'If you go to Settings System Display Advanced display and your display doesn’t show as certified (it says Not found next to HDR certification), it might be because it doesn’t have an HDR certification, or the display manufacturer hasn’t published HDR certification information for your display. To find out if your display is HDR certified, visit the device manufacturer’s website.'

Here's my question,
What  should I do to gain the certificate?
Has HP published certificate for U32 4K HDR? If not, when will HP publish the certificate?
