Is it possible to upgrade the video card in my unit or a spot to add a second one?

If so, what are the best possible recommendations you can provide?

Processor - AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics 2.00 GHz
Installed RAM - 8.00 GB (7.68 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
