I have the following desktop and monitor:
HP ENVY Desktop PC TE02-0000i RCTO - Product:
HP E34m G4 WQHD Curved USB-C Conferencing Monitor- Product:
I have two connections between the desktop and monitor using a usb-c and a hdmi cable. The issue I am having is when I connect the monitor to the desktop using the supplied usb-c cable, video does not work and is slow and hangs up or stops working all together. When I disconnect the usb-c cable video playback works fine. The monitor is equipped with a web camera but will only work when connected with the usb-c.
I have other HP desktops/monitors with the similar issue. I purchased a total of 4 desktops and 4 monitors and they all have the same issue with the usb-c cable connection and video playback.
I have updated all drivers, tried different cables and have gone through all the troubleshooting steps suggested by HP and other sources through the internet and nothing has worked.

It has 2 USB-C ports, one port won't never work because it does NOT support video out. Other port MAY work . At the back it has
(1) RJ-45 Ethernet port
(3) Audio ports (line-in/line-out/microphone)
(2) USB 2.0 Type-A port
(1) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports (5 Gbps signaling rate)
(1) USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port (10 Gbps signaling rate)
(1) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port (5 Gbps signaling rate) (this port won't work)
(1) USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port (10 Gbps signaling rate) (this port MAY work, not guarantee).
Regards.

I tired the (1) USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port (10 Gbps signaling rate) however that also did not work. It works for about 10 minutes and then the same issue occurs, video freezes or stops working. As soon as the usb-c is unplugged the videos works fine. Any other suggestions?
