Product: HP ProDesk 600 G5 Base Model Desktop Mini PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an old DVI monitor which works perfectly.
My prodesk system is connected to modern display port monitor using display port which also works fine.
I wish to add the DVI monitor as a second monitor.
However, I have tried a multitude of HDMI to DVI adapters. None work as HDCP blocks the signal.
I have read HDCP is not supported over USB-C,.
I am trying Computer USB-C on front -> USB hub with HDMI port -> HDMI DVI adapter -> DVI DVI cable.
The monitor says “no video input”. Windows does not recognise the monitor.
What am I dong wrong?
