Product: HP Z24n G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Downstream USB ports not functional on 2 HP Z24n G2 monitors. I plugged in the USB-A to USB-C cable included with the monitor from the computer USB-A (HP Laptop) to upstream USB-C port next to DisplayPort port. "Power Mode" is set to Performance in the Power Control Menu. Devices show that power is being delivered (Logitech webcam green light flashes) but there is no communication between the device and the computer. Tried both included cables on both monitors, neither cable on either monitor worked.
