Hello,
I got this computer years ago and I haven't personally used it much due to it being rather slow and I reset it a few times, the touchscreen also knackered fairly quickly so I disabled it however when I reset the pc again the touchscreen was enabled again. I am trying to disable the touch screen however I can't search for device manager as the touchscreen makes it glitch and closes the search bar (I can see the circles appearing, mostly along the left side of the pc) and when I click device manager from the win+x keybind (using a wired mouse) a message appears shortly after "The service did not respond to the start or control panel request in a timely fashion." I have looked up how to fix this but I can't do any of the solutions because of the messed up touchscreen. Is there any way I can fix this? I just want to disable the touchscreen, otherwise I will have to get rid of the computer.
