Since Windows updated last week, I am now unable to use my fingertip to sign in a document signature box. When I go to sign, there is an outline of my signature but all that appears is a dot and nothing is regognized by the system. I have cleaned the screen, disabled and enabled , componet tested, compatibility tested, calibrated and reset and restored but nothing has worked. I sign documents multiple times a day and using my fingertip was the only way my signature matched my signature on file. My desktop is an ALL in One HP

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you install the retails copy of windows or OEM version
I would suggest here is to uninstall and reinstall the Windows Hello drivers from device manager:
Go to Search, type device manager, and open Device Manager
Find your Windows Hello driver, right-click on it, and select Remove driver software.
Restart your computer
On the next startup, Windows 10 should automatically detect Windows Hello, and install the latest driver for it
Once Windows 10 installs the driver again,
Install the HP Simple Pass Identity Protection Software for Windows 10: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71729.exe
If the issue persists, Please Click here to download the most viable driver for Windows 10 fingerprint reader (if need be) & if your
Simple Pass Software isn't working:
Click here to download a different version of the same software.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!
Cheers:)
