I am unable to view SOME picture thumbnails in Windows 11. I've performed this step....Adjust the appearance" and click on Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows. Check the circle beside Adjust for best appearance in the Performance Options window. Then, ensure the box beside Show thumbnails instead of icons is check.

Also: The solution is to remove the thumbnail cache to do this press the Windows button and then simply type disk cleanup. And now what you have to do is click on the disk cleanup search result from here on simply

I have also visited the AMD website, downloaded and installed the latest graphics driver, restarted my computer but the problem still persists.

So far these proposed solutions don't work. Some pictures show thumbnails and others just show icons. Any other suggestions?
