Hi,

There is a pop-up from a free wifi network stuck on the bottom right of my screen. I connected to the wifi a month ago but the pop-up does not dissapear, can't be closed and I cannot find it in my task manager. However, I can use the slide balk on the right and bottom to read the entire pop-up, so it isn't frozen. When restarting my computer it does not show up instantly but usually after a few hours at a random moment. Is someone able to help deleting whatever file or whatever thing it is that keeps giving me this pop-up.

Hi @MartijnVen,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Are you using or trying the internet from that website?

Do you have virus Protection installed?

Are you referring to notifications?

Select the Start button, and then select Settings.
Go to System > Notifications & actions.
Turn off "Get notifications from apps and other senders"

Or check, if that is pinned to the system.

Let me know.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
