How to update firmware on HP z25xs G3 if I have only macOS? I can't download any useful software from the hp official site.

Does your monitor have the capability of doing the upgrade?

I was unable to find details of the OSD to look for the upgrade capability

The sp113536.exe appears to contain 3 bios or "bin" files. I did not see any "freedos" apps that are normally used after booting from a USB flash drive.

You might look at your firmware version and see if it matches any of the ones that I found

The only enhancement I see is the following fix. Quoteing: "- Corrects an issue that may reduce the accuracy of color presets made without a measurement instrument."

If you really need this you may have to temporarily connect to a windows 10 system and do the upgrade.
