I want to upgrade the graphics with a gtx1060 but when I install it on the motherboard the system doesn't turn on to bios or the boot menu stuck on black screen. I even tried external psu for GPU

Hi:

 

When you install a video card that was not installed by the factory, you have to enable legacy mode and disable secure boot in the BIOS.
