Hey so I have a HP Pavilion All-in-one 23-q114 (touch). I am wondering. if I am able to upgrade the graphics card that's installed from the factory. And if so what card in particular can I upgrade with? Please and thanks in advance.

Very rare for an AIO to have graphics upgrades. In your case the HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q114 (Touch) has Intel Graphics is combined with the installed processor. See the Processor upgrade information section of this document for detailed information.
The info page for that PC indicates several CPU choices. It depends on the one installed in your PC as to IF you can get better CPU to enhance the graphics.

Then click on the Processor upgrade information. The spec page indicates your PC to be using the Intel Core i3-4170T which is Intel HD Graphics 4400. Some of them list Intel HD Graphics 4600 which is slightly better. Depends on what you might be expecting but not that great of an improvement IMHO. Not like changing out to a discrete graphics option.
I'm not an HP employee.
