Dear HP Support Team,
I am writing to request an urgent job sheet for my recently purchased HP laptop.
I am facing several issues with the device, including:
Expired Warranty: The warranty on the laptop appears to have expired prematurely, despite the presence of pre-installed applications with 2023 installation dates.
* Performance Issues: The laptop is experiencing significant lag and slow performance.
I have already contacted Flipkart regarding these issues and am working towards a potential replacement. To expedite the process, I need a job sheet from HP to document the problems.
Please prioritize this request and provide me with the job sheet as soon as possible.
