Hello,
I am searching for an answer that HP has answered over secret, private messages and I am looking for the same information.
I have a VH240a external monitor that I have been using for years now. This morning it would not receive signal from my MacPro. It could recognize when it was plugged in, but would fall asleep saying no input was found. I have tried all combinations of plugging/unplugging in the HDMI cable, checked the docking station/dongle, switched USB-C ports, plugging it in and out of the wall...
I would reallllllly like to know how to fix this.
