HP 24mh FHD Monitor
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello Community.  I bought (finally!) two new HP monitors.  They are 24 inch FHD Monitors.  So one works great.  The other one works but has a vertical line on the left hand side.  It's tiny dots about 3-4 inches from the side of the monitor.

My one monitor (that works perfect) is connected via Display Port.   The one that is a problem is connected via VGA.

I unplugged and plugged back in the VGA cable.  This cable worked fine on my old monitors  (they were smaller and not as fancy).

any  suggestions on how to fix this problem?  Thank you very much.

Hi@batman10023, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand when connecting the VGA  cable getting vertical lines

Sop the end  cable one that might fix the issue

Install the HP 24mh LCD Monitor Driver

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
