Pavilion All-in-One PC 23.8 Product No: 4YQ83AA#ABG
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased on 2nd January, 2019. Set up, performed all updates and installations as required. Followed instructions as per HP Support Assistant.

The monitor has 2 vertical dotted lines on the right hand side of the screen just to the left of the HP Support Assistant button. one line is yelow the other is bright pink.

The mouse cursor locks onto the HP Support Assistant Button and flickers ... it appears to be inside a bubble. The cursor will not move and hinders the ability to use the touchscreen function. This has happened several times making it very difficult to perform restart. I spoke to someone at the place of purchase and they suggested force shutdown with power button which I'm of the understanding this is not ideal for my PC.

Considering the PC was purchased 3 days ago can you please suggest a solution for this issue.
