Hi @ALDO1414,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that you're encountering issues where images in PDF files appear grey when viewed using Adobe Reader but not in other PDF viewers,  I would request you to please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

Update Adobe Reader:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve display issues.

Check for Corrupted PDF Files:

  • Try opening different PDF files in Adobe Reader to see if the problem persists. If only one file exhibits this issue, it might be corrupted.

Adobe Reader Settings:

  • Open Adobe Reader, go to Edit > Preferences.
  • In the "Page Display" section, ensure that "Use 2D graphics acceleration" is unchecked. Sometimes this setting can affect how graphics are rendered.

Reinstall Adobe Reader:

  • Uninstall Adobe Reader and reinstall it. This can fix files or settings that might be causing display issues.

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!
