HP Health Care Edition HC270cr
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi all

A client who bought the HP Health Care Edition HC270cr has used the display successfully with Windows devices. On Windows, the most recent driver was used (1.00 Rev.A, as listed here). Recently he has tried to attach the display to Apple Macbooks - a MacBook Pro (Intel, High Sierra), a Macbook Air (Intel, Mojave) - both via USB-A - and a Macbook Pro (M1, Big Sur) via USB-C. The symptom is always the same:  the video camera can be selected in an application (among them Teams and Zoom) as video source, but the feed always remains black.

Resetting the display did not change anything.

Any troublehshooting hints are appreciated. Thanks for reading!

- Maurice
