Product: HP E45c G5 DQHD Curved Monitor

Hi all. I’m having problems with the Virtual Dual Display where one of the displays is in a very low resolution. I am unable the change the resolution of the unusable virtual display. Any suggestions?

edit - one of the displays is in 2560x1440. The other display is 1024x768 which is the maximum resolution I can get. I was expecting two displays at 2560x1440
