Product: VH240a monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I mad a mistake in my previous query. 

Question:

Does the HP 240a monitor come with a built in web cam( if it does, I can't seem to find it) 

...or do I need an external add on web cam? If an external web am is needed, ant suggestions

As per the Specifications: https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c05624169, this Monitor does not have a webcam, You need to use an external one
