Before I throw this monitor away, thought I would try to extend my current monitor to have two on my desk. BUT not finding a driver for it and just upgraded to a new PC. My old PC on same OS worked great with this monitor. But not happening now.
Any suggestions?

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try manually installing the W7 driver for your monitor which was the latest one HP has.
I zipped up the driver file and attached it below.
Download and unzip the file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager, click to expand the Monitors device manager category.
Click on the generic PnP monitor listed there.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
