Since I installed the Connection Optimizer I get kicked off wifi and internet every few minutes. Am typing fast as it will go down again and I have to start over, A message said he reverted to an earlier version. Do I need to follow that link, or delete the folder that was created: c:\SWSetup\SP92122? Please help. I cannot chat with support because internet won't stay up long enough!
I get error message that a network change was detected ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED. OR windows tries to help saying "Wi-Fi doesnt have a valid IP configuration. then runs a "fix" that lasts about 10 minutes. Other non-HP PCs and phones are NOT having this issue,

Does it also behave like in my post here, with crashes on its own?
If so, simply roll back to the previous version::
It was/is 1.0.31.0 Rev.A in my case - links at the bottom. You will have to uninstall version 2.0.15.0 REV first (via Programs & Features).

Hi. I did not get an email that you responded. Thank you, though. It looked like this was an initial install even though it was listed as an update. So I took a chance and uninstalled (figuring I could get to the previous version you mentioned if it went wonky). I have tested twice for an hour the first time and 2 hours this time. It no longer drops the internet. The software was clearly the problem. Thank you for your post as it sent me in a good direction to resolve this!
