There is a list of GTX-1650 SUPER here
Go to the below site and enter your serial number
https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/
Look for your video board. It might be L83811-001 but I am just guessing.
Look up that HP part number. For example using google
https://www.google.com/search?q=L83811-001&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
Open your system and compare what you got to what the parts list shows (if anything)
Look at that top list and pick a board that might fit. Best replacement is the same part number.
If you want a Graphics Upgrade wait till @NonSequitur777 comes back from vacation in a week or so as he is an expert on these upgrades

Thank you, @BeemerBiker.
According to HP PartSurfer, your HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w (6YR56AA), is fitted with a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800 -please verify.
My recommendation is to upgrade your graphics card with a smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 4060 model powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this affordable purchase option under $300. An RTX 4060, which has a 115-watt TDP, can easily be powered by your 400-watt power supply, and delivers hugely better graphics performance than a GTX 1650 Super.
[EDIT:] Important: it appears that the 460-watt power supply is fitted with a single 6-pin PCIe power cable (please verify), but since this cable can provide 12V x 18A = 216-watt, you can use a PCIe 6-pin to PCIe 8-pin power adapter cable, such as this purchase option to power an RTX 4060.
Kind Regards,
