I purchased a HDMI splitter for my HP Pavillon 590- p0067 not knowing it only mirrored my display. What type of adapter do I need to run my second monitor to extend the display please?
I have included a picture of the available ports.

The picture indicates a DVI-I port that should also support a monitor.
I could not find a support page for the HP Pavillon 590- p0067 (with nothing after the number)
You should be able to use two monitors - one on the HDMI and the other using DVI. Depending on the DVI port it may support digital or analogue or both. The port looks like others

Hi, @PeaFace
The product specs for your PC indicates that it comes with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 graphics card.
HP Pavilion 590-p0067a Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Support
The specs indicate that if a graphics card is installed the onboard video is disabled.
Integrated graphics
- Integrated Intel UHD Graphics
NOTE:
Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
That means the DVI port for the onboard graphics adapter won't work if you don't see an Intel graphics adapter listed in the device manager under the Display adapters device manager category.
Does the GT 730 graphics card have any other outputs such as a DVI or display port?
If so, you can run a video cable from one of those outputs to your second monitor.

You're very welcome.
Your screenshot shows that your PC is only showing the Nvidia graphics adapter, which means that the onboard Intel GPU is disabled.
If you were to connect a DVI cable from the DVI port on the motherboard, you would not get any video signal from it.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to go into your PC's BIOS and see if there is a setting to enable the onboard graphics adapter while allowing the NVidia graphics adapter to work as well.
I am only aware of that feature being offered in the HP business desktop PC's but perhaps your PC may have the setting.
If not, you will have to use the available output ports on the GT 730 card and if there is only the one HDMI port you will not be able to do what you want to do with two monitors.
Your best bet would be to install a graphics card with multiple outputs.
Something like this which has both an HDMI output and a DVI output.

The picture you posted in the first post sure looks to be a video card output face. Along with the conversation with Paul, it must the GForce GT 730, which should support another monitor using the DIV output.

Hi, @TheOldMan
You are 100% right!
That does look like the GT 730 video card, and all that needs to be done is to connect a DVI cable from that port to the second monitor to extend the display.
Sorry for the bad info.
